the janus comb - it faces in both directions. it looks to the past and the future. soft, natural peach wood that is gently moulded to the shape of your hand.
approach - 14 teeth are more rounded. hold almost flat to the skin to glide smoothly over the skin. 39 teeth are a little sharper and more distinct. held more upright they feel gently abrasive like fine sandpaper
gradient - the angle of the comb to the skin allows for different pressure gradients. horizontal to the skin aids sweeping gestures like a fan. vertically, back and fore with more pressure it is more concentrated like a soft saw
best use - larger, flatter body surfaces. surprisingly good for parts of the body that are usually dead zones
