You should always consult with a qualified healthcare professional if you have any medical conditions before using any sensation play products. We accept no liability for injury or damage caused by the misuse of the products. On the home page of the website, in the section, ‘sensation play information’, we give advice on safe and sensible approaches to sensation play and use of our products. Be informed and be safe.

Placing an Order

Your order on the website constitutes an offer to buy the product and items we offer. A contract for the sale of the product or items is formed when we email you to confirm acceptance of your order. This will be in the form of an order confirmation by email. At this point, the contract between you and us will come into existence. If we are unable to accept your order (e.g., the product is out of stock, there was an error in the price, or we cannot meet a specified delivery deadline), we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the product.

Price and Payment

The price of the Goods will be the price quoted on the website at the time you submit your order. All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current UK rate. Indicative delivery charges are displayed on our website and can be accessed through the ‘shipping’ link on the home page. Specific delivery charges based on product weight and shipping destination will be calculated and added to the price of the product or items during the checkout process. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay (confirm these before site is live) via the secure payment systems provided by Squarespace's integrated payment processors.

Delivery

Products will be delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days and deliver to you within 7-10 working days of accepting your order. If there is a delay outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible. The product or items will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us. You own the product once we have received payment in full.

Your Right to Cancel

As a consumer in the UK, you have a legal right to cancel an online purchase contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your request by email and fulfil the requirements to qualify for a refund. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Northern Irish or the English court1s.
