Processing Time
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Your item will be with the shipping agent in 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday).
Delivery / Shipping
We look to balance safe and reliable delivery with modest cost for our customers. The following gives an indication of postage costs that will be incurred. Shipping costs vary by weight of item and destination and exact postage cost is provided at checkout. UK Mainland: Delivery Time (After Processing): 3-7 Business Days. Cost £4
Non Mainland UK (Northern Ireland / Eire / Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man: Delivery Time (After Processing): 7-10 Business Days. Cost: £8
Europe Zone 1 (Belgium, France, Germany etc): Delivery Time (After Processing): 10-14 Business Days. Cost: £15
Europe Zone 2 (Austria, Italy, Spain etc): Delivery Time (After Processing): 10-14 Business Days. Cost: £19
Rest of the Work (USA, Canada, Japan, Australia etc): Delivery Time (After Processing): 14-21 Business Days. Cost: £25

We use reputable carriers in all jurisdictions. In the UK we use Royal Mail and for international shipping, we use (X insert)
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customs, duties, or import taxes vary across countries internationally and charges can change at short notice. Due to this variability and volatility, customers are responsible for charges incurred when receiving items to their country and we cannot be responsible for any delays in receiving your item caused by customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the email.
Shipping Issues
We endeavour to make sure you receive your item/s in good condition and in a timely manner but if a a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package. For this reason, please make sure at checkout that the information you provide is correct.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are responsible for your purchase until it reaches the shipping carrier. The shipping carrier is responsible to get it to you safely and quickly. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, it’s sensible to initially check with neighbours. If this is unsuccessful, please liaise with the shipping carrier (x details). We are unable to offer refunds for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
